It all started with a passion to pilates.

Turned into an addiction.

I was addicted to reformers; the simplicity of the machine and the varieties of movements that you can create on a reformer got me crazy in love.

I have been trying different workouts for the past 7 years and I haven’t find an exercise that I am fully in love with until I signed up for a reformer class in Los Angeles. The Athletic Reformers is high-intensity; fast-paced and dynamic unlike any other pilates studio in Hong Kong.

This is when I decided to start my own journey on redefining Pilates. Bringing a whole new vibe of fluid athletic movements on the reformers.
